The mediation center is a non-profit social welfare institution with the purpose of mediating various intellectual property disputes such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights in Wenzhou. It accepts applications from the parties to the dispute on the basis of voluntary equality between the parties. Above all, mediation shall be conducted in accordance with laws, regulations, rules and policies. If there are no clear provisions in laws, regulations, rules and policies, mediation shall be conducted in accordance with socialist ethics.

With economic development and technological advancement, intellectual property disputes may increase. The establishment of the center will help resolve these disputes in a timely and efficient manner and protect the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property rights.
