The founder of Xiaojun Ganchuanxiang is Zhang Hongchao. 1996 he went to Zhengzhou to work and study, but by chance, he became interested in shaved ice. After a period of painstaking research, he used his summer vacation to set up a stall in Zhuang Yan, Jinshui Road to sell cold drinks, autocratic shaved ice and other cold drinks, and named it "cold current shaved ice". This small brand of 1996 is the predecessor of Xiaojun Ganchuanxiang. He rented a 20-square-meter shop in Wenhua Road, Zhengzhou, and renamed it "Xiao Jun 'an Chuanchuanxiang". 1997, the first small Jun 'an Chuanchuanxiang store was officially born.
