9. How to solve the problem of not receiving the verification code when applying online?

If there is a problem of not receiving the verification code during online processing, please try to solve it by following the following steps:

(2) Check the spam or draft box of your email inbox to see if there is an email from our office sending a verification code.

(3) Try to choose commonly used email addresses such as NetEase, Sina or QQ as the email address for receiving emails.

(4) The verification code is valid for 30 minutes. Please wait patiently and do not click the "Get Verification Code" button repeatedly during this period.
