Why is 7-up beer also called Heineken?
Not Heineken beer. 7-up is the lemonade brand of DrPepper/SevenUp company. Bottled products have been produced since 1987, which is a registered trademark of PepsiCo outside the United States. It was produced in St. Louis, Missouri from 1929, while Heineken is a Dutch brewing company founded in Amsterdam by Gerard Adrian Heineken from 1863. They are not the same product.
