There was an unusual noise at the rear of the private car's engine. It was suspected that the Mobil engine oil he purchased was counterfeit, and he and the store operator failed to reach an agreement on a refund.

After receiving the complaint, law enforcement officers from the Pingliang Municipal Market Supervision Bureau conducted an on-site inspection of an auto repair and maintenance shop located on Liuhu West Road, Kongtong District, Pingliang City, and investigated the company for allegedly infringing the exclusive rights of the "Mobil" registered trademark. The engine oil was subject to administrative enforcement measures of seizure.
