1. The materials needed for trademark registration certificate are as follows:
(1) An application for trademark registration requires the signature of the applicant and a trademark pattern on the back;
(2) Five trademark patterns with clear patterns, length and width of 5 cm and less than or equal to 1 cm. If the applicant requires colors, all the trademark patterns of the above materials should be colored, and in addition, one black and white pattern should be submitted;
(3) copies of basic information, including identity cards and business licenses of individual industrial and commercial households;
(4) If it is entrusted to the relevant agency, a trademark agency power of attorney shall also be submitted.
2. Legal basis: Article 22 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China
stipulates that an applicant for trademark registration shall fill in the category and name of the goods using the trademark according to the prescribed commodity classification table and file a registration application. An applicant for trademark registration may apply for registration of the same trademark for multiple categories of goods through one application. The application for trademark registration and other relevant documents may be submitted in writing or in the form of data messages.
II. What are the application procedures for trademark registration
1. When an applicant requests trademark registration, he/she needs to provide a copy of his/her business license with the official seal of the company, or a copy of his/her business license and personal ID card with the official seal;
2. 27 yuan official fees are required to apply for trademark registration;
3. It takes about 4-6 months to apply for trademark registration.

5. The trademark applied by the applicant must meet certain requirements, otherwise it will be rejected;
6. It can be written, English, Chinese characters, graphics, individual application or their combination;
7. The department applying for trademark registration in China is China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office.
