② Directly processed products of genetically modified agricultural products shall be labeled as "GMO ×× processed products (finished products)" or "processed raw materials are genetically modified ××".

③ Products made from agricultural genetically modified organisms or products containing ingredients from agricultural genetically modified organisms, but products that no longer contain or cannot detect genetically modified ingredients in the final sales product are marked as "this product" "Processed from genetically modified ××, but this product no longer contains genetically modified ingredients" or labeled as "The raw materials processed for this product contain genetically modified ××, but this product no longer contains genetically modified ingredients."

The first batch of catalogs of agricultural genetically modified organisms that implement labeling management

1. Soybean seeds, soybeans, soybean flour, soybean oil, soybean meal

Products such as seeds, breeding livestock and poultry, aquatic seedlings, pesticides, veterinary drugs, fertilizers and additives containing genetically modified animals, plants, microorganisms or their product components are directly marked as "Genetically modified ××".

The second is the direct processed products of genetically modified agricultural products, which are labeled as "GMO ×× processed products (finished products)" or "processed raw materials are genetically modified ××".

The third category is products made from agricultural genetically modified organisms or products containing ingredients from agricultural genetically modified organisms, but products that no longer contain or cannot detect genetically modified ingredients in the final sales products are marked as "this product". The product is processed by genetically modified ××, but this product no longer contains genetically modified ingredients”, or it is marked as “The raw materials processed for this product contain genetically modified ××, but this product no longer contains genetically modified ingredients”.

The Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for the approval, supervision and management of agricultural genetically modified organism labels across the country. Imported agricultural genetically modified organism labels can only be used after being reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Agriculture. At the same time, copies are sent to the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and other departments. ; Domestic agricultural genetically modified organism labels can only be used after being reviewed and approved by the agricultural administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level where the agricultural genetically modified organism production and packaging units and individuals are located, and shall be uniformly reported to the Ministry of Agriculture for filing by the provincial agricultural administrative department. .
