1. Moutai:
Moutai, a specialty of Moutai Town, Renhuai City, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, China National geographical indication products. Moutai is China's traditional specialty liquor. It is one of the world's three most famous distilled spirits, along with Scotch whiskey and French Cognac. It is also one of China's three most famous wines, "Mao Wu Jian". It is also the originator of Daqu Maotai-flavor liquor, with a history of more than 800 years.
2. Xijiu:
Xijiu is a specialty of Xijiu Town, Xishui County, Guizhou Province, and a national geographical indication product of China. Xijiu liquor is made from local high-quality glutinous sorghum and wheat made into high-temperature Daqu. It undergoes accumulation saccharification, secondary feeding, eight times of fermentation, nine times of distillation, sealed storage, and careful blending. It has the flavor of Moutai.
3. Jinsha wine:
Jinsha Huisha wine, a specialty of Jinsha County, Guizhou Province, is a national geographical indication product of China. Jinsha Huisha Liquor is made from wheat and is brewed using the Moutai production process of two times of feeding, nine times of cooking, eight rounds of fermentation, and seven times of wine picking. The produced base liquor must be carefully blended and packaged after three years of storage. It is the first Daqu Maotai-flavor liquor in Guizhou besides Moutai.
