1. Search for trademarks: Search whether similar or identical trademarks have been registered or used in Vietnam;

2. Submit registration: Submit trademark registration application materials to the Vietnam Trademark Office;

3. Formal review: The Invention Office will conduct a formal review within 1 month after the application is submitted;

4. Substantive review: If it is considered acceptable, a substantive review will be conducted within 6 months, which is in compliance with registration. If the conditions are met, it will be submitted to the National Science and Technology Commission for final registration;

5. Preliminary announcement: An official announcement will be published after the trademark is approved for registration. There are no objections to the announced trademarks, but trademarks registered through unfair means may be Cancellation;

6. Registration announcement: If there is no objection, the registration is successful.
