Junzao is called Goutouzao in northern Shaanxi. Junzao introduced into Xinjiang was first planted in Hotan area, and later formed a proprietary trademark abbreviation "Hotan Yuzao", which means that Hotan Jujube is Junzao, especially Junzao in Hotan area. The quality of Junzao in Hotan area is better.

First of all, Junzao was first introduced to Shanxi and other places in Shaanxi. When I arrived in Xinjiang, I found that they were bigger and sweeter than Junzao in Shanxi and Shaanxi, and gradually became famous, and the planting area increased. Junzao is called Goutouzao in northern Shaanxi, which is named after a big head and a small head.

2. Junzao, which was transplanted to Xinjiang in 1980s, was first planted in Hotan area. Thanks to long sunshine, sandy soil, strong radiation, high accumulated temperature and large temperature difference (sufficient sunshine per day 15 hour, temperature difference between day and night of more than 20 degrees), the frost-free period lasted for 220 days throughout the year, and later the proprietary trademark "Hetian Yuzao" was formed.

Thirdly, with the unique natural conditions, the quality of Xinjiang Junzao is obviously better than that of Shanxi Junzao.
