c) year, month, day and shift of production;

d) trademark;

e) product model.

8.2 ex-factory certificate

The ex-factory certificate shall be filled in for products that have passed the inspection, including:

a) certificate number;

b) name and contact information of the manufacturer;

c) product bearing grade;

d) production quality inspection results;

e) bearing capacity test results;

f) signatures and seals of the inspection department and inspectors of the manufacturer;

g) meet the standards.

8.3 qualified manhole covers and supports must be marked with qualified marks. 9.1 Packaging: No packaging without special requirements;

9.2 storage: open storage.

9.3 loading and unloading transportation: when forklift is used for loading and unloading, there should be a pallet at the bottom of the product, and the height should not be higher than 1 sets; When manual loading and unloading is used, it is forbidden to throw it from the car to avoid damaging the product, and it should be transported in paperback mode.
