Third, do a good job in training.
A century-long plan, education-oriented; Teachers are the foundation of education. We demand to make full use of information technology education to integrate the teaching of various disciplines, promote quality education with information technology education, and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching. Teachers' information technology education concept and computer application ability are the key.
(1) Do a good job in teacher training.
Organize teachers to participate in the study of remote reception and application in rural areas, and the teachers have made detailed records. In the summer of 20xx, we trained all the teachers of Intel Future Education Basic Course in Laozhou Central School of Tongling County (city) by using the existing resources, which made our teachers more familiar with the business.
(2) Organize backbone teachers to take demonstration classes and actively apply courseware, so as to draw inferences from others and make the demonstration classes really play a demonstration role. In the XX-—20xx school year alone, more than 20 teachers have attended demonstration classes.
(3) Do a good job in receiving and sorting out distance education resources.
In order to ensure the normal operation of distance education equipment such as satellite receiver and computer in our school, teachers are required to maintain the equipment regularly, report problems in time and eliminate all difficulties, so that the distance education equipment can always run in the best state. The county regularly checks the reception of resources and communicates with teachers in time, so that remote resources can better serve teaching. There are two main gains from this work.
First, the situation of teachers. In August of XX, we trained our teachers in the basic use of computers, which enabled them to master the basic skills of using computers. Teachers can come to the classroom to write lesson plans, make tables, print papers and collect data. Different from before, the only way to acquire knowledge is to subscribe to newspapers and periodicals, which brings great convenience to our teachers, thus appropriately reducing their burden and improving their work efficiency.
Second, the situation of students. The school has specially arranged audio-visual courses, each class has at least three classes a week, and each use is recorded. Audio-visual education has changed the boring teaching mode before, making classroom teaching full of vitality, enriching children's knowledge, broadening children's horizons, reducing students' learning burden to some extent, and making it easier for students to acquire knowledge. From the students' positive speeches and smiles on their faces, we can imagine their love for audio-visual teaching, which makes students more interested and confident in learning. Due to the arrangement of audio-visual education activities, the preparation of audio-visual education, the attention of school leaders and the concern of class teachers, the implementation and development of quality education have been effectively promoted.
In a word, distance education equipment is changing our teachers' teaching mode and students' learning and life mode. Although the resources provided by distance education satellites are always limited, we use our brains and try our best to do it if conditions permit, and create conditions if conditions are not, and try our best to do a good job in the far-reaching rural projects of our school.
