To apply for trademark review, an application form shall be submitted to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board and shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the other party. The number of parties involved shall submit a corresponding number of copies; if an application for review is based on the decision of the Trademark Office, a copy of the decision of the Trademark Office shall also be attached. After receiving the application, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board will, after review, accept the application if it meets the acceptance conditions; if it does not meet the acceptance conditions, it will not accept the application and notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons; if corrections are required, the applicant will be notified from the date of receipt of the notification.
