5. Copy of the transferee's personal identity card, business license or certification documents of institutions, associations and other organizations with legal personality (such documents are not required if the transferee is a unit outside the mainland).

6. Special certification materials:

If an enterprise fails to handle the transfer formalities in time due to merger, division or merger, and its seal is invalid, it may not be stamped with the transferor's seal, but it must provide a valid certificate from the transferor's competent department or the local administrative department for industry and commerce.
