Ma'anshan Iron and Steel is located in Ma'anshan City in eastern Anhui Province, near the river and the sea, with very convenient transportation and rich resources. The nearby Ningwu Iron Mine is one of the main iron ore producing areas in my country, not far from the Huainan and Huaibei coal producing areas. The main products include various kinds of pig iron for casting, train wheels and hoops used for manufacturing railway transportation, various ring parts with special-shaped sections, various angle steels and small and medium-sized steel products, etc.

The plant's iron ore, coking coal and main raw fuels are all imported through Kaohsiung Dagang. 6. Thoughts after visiting Baotou Brewery

We were curious and excited, and couldn’t wait to rush in. The aunt in charge of the reception led us into the lobby. In order to let us know more about the brewery, we were first played a three-minute information video. From here I learned about the development history of the brewery: Baotou Snow Deer was built in 1981 and was acquired by Beijing Yanjing Group in 2000. In the past, the annual sales volume was 120 million tons, and now the annual sales volume is 600 million tons. I also learned that beer is made from mineral water from a 400-meter-deep well, barley and 80% hops imported from Australia.

After understanding the beer production process, we went to the production workshop to experience the beer production process with our own eyes. The first thing I went to was the "malt workshop", and then the saccharification workshop. There are gelatinizing pots and boiling pots inside, where the malt paste produced in the "malt workshop" is made into liquor. Finally, we came to the packaging workshop. It’s amazing to see those beer bottles without caps go into a machine like a boiler and come out with caps! Each machine can pack 10 bottles of beer per second and can produce 36,000 bottles of beer per hour.

The enthusiastic management staff also gave us a taste of non-alcoholic beer. I drank two cups of pineapple flavor, which was really delicious. After we visited the brewery, we also took a group photo in front of the brewery, leaving a wonderful memory.

We still walked on foot when we came back. Although the weather was cold, we gained knowledge and happiness. It was really a worthwhile trip! 7. Can anyone help me find out which steel plants are located in which city in China?

1. Anben Iron and Steel Base

Including Anshan Iron and Steel Company and Benxi Iron and Steel Company. It is located in the central industrial zone of Liaoning, leaning against the Qianshan Mountains to the east, the Taizi River, a tributary of the Liao River, to the north, Qianli plains on both sides, and the Bohai Bay to the south. The distance between the two steel companies in Anshan and Benxi is only 100 kilometers. The existing iron ore mining capacity is about 40 million tons, making it the largest iron ore base in the country. In 1990, pig iron production was 10.1626 million tons, accounting for more than 16% of the country's total; steel production was 10.0816 million tons, accounting for more than 15% of the country's total; finished steel production was 6.3377 million tons, accounting for more than 12% of the country's total. Among them, Anshan Iron and Steel has a long history and a large scale. It has iron ore mines, mineral processing plants, sintering workshops, coke ovens, and smelting equipment such as ironmaking, steelmaking, and rolling materials, as well as ancillary facilities such as cast pipes, coking, refractory materials, machine repair, power, and transportation. The production unit has a total of 217,000 employees and can smelt more than 800 types of steel and roll more than 600 types of steel products. The characteristics of Benxi Iron and Steel are: large reserves of iron ore, easy to mine, and high quality. It is used to smelt and cast pig iron. The quality is the best in the country, low in phosphorus and low in sulfur, and is known as "ginseng iron."
