1. Compound words

Compound words are composed of two words. When the two words change their positions and have the same meaning, they will be judged as similar trademarks. For example: " In this case, "boy friend→friend boy", the word positions are reversed and the meaning is basically the same. This will be judged as a similar trademark.

2. Overlapping words and modifiers

The method of judging similar trademarks by overlapping words and modifiers is generally the same as the judgment of overlapping words and additional words in Chinese trademarks. Examples of modifiers: ( run → running), if modifiers are added after the keywords: adj, adv, ed, ing, etc., they will all be judged as similar trademarks.

3, 3 or more letters, 4 or more letters

This point is also similar to the third point in Chinese judgment. When there are more than 3 keywords If the order of the trademarks is changed or the fonts are changed, but there is no meaning, it will be judged as a similar trademark.

4. Complete inclusion is considered to be similar

When a trademark word or letter completely contains the other party’s trademark word or letter, and the meaning is basically the same, it is a similar trademark. For example: "BC →ABCD" will be judged as a similar trademark in this case.
