(five) when the quality of the goods is unqualified or the quantity is short, put forward opinions and suggestions to the producers and sellers, and demand repair, replacement, return, make up the quantity, refund the overcharged price and compensate the economic losses;
(six) when the service is damaged due to quality reasons, you can claim compensation for economic losses;
(seven) to report and complain to the relevant administrative departments, consumer associations or judicial organs about acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Article 5 Consumers shall perform the following obligations:
(1) Respecting the labor of producers, sellers and service providers and observing the order of business premises;
(two) when buying goods, we should take good care of the goods, such as damage to the goods to compensate for the price;
(three) the complaint should be true, and provide proof of purchase, service certificate and relevant evidence. Article 6 When the legitimate rights and interests of consumers are damaged, it shall be handled in the following ways:
(1) Negotiate directly with sellers and service providers. If the producer has three guarantees or has an agreement, it can directly negotiate with the producer to solve the problem;
(two) if negotiation fails, you can complain to the relevant administrative departments or consumer associations, or to the judicial organs. Article 7 Where a consumer claims damages, he shall file a claim within one year from the date when he knew or should have known the damages; If there is an agreed time limit, it shall be put forward within the agreed time limit. Chapter III Responsibilities of Producers, Sellers and Service Providers Article 8 Producers, sellers and service providers shall abide by relevant laws and regulations, adhere to the principles of voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credibility, ensure the quality of goods and services and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Article 9 Sellers must be responsible for the quality of the goods they sell and strictly check and accept them. If the quality of the goods sold does not meet the standard, it shall be responsible for repairing, replacing, returning goods or compensating for economic losses. Article 10 The packages or instructions of commodities produced by the autonomous region shall be written in Mongolian and Chinese. Eleventh prohibit the production and sale of the following commodities:
(1) Failure or deterioration;
(2) Endangering safety and personal health;
(three) the marked indicators are inconsistent with the actual situation;
(four) fraudulent use of high-quality marks, certification marks and forged license marks;

Article 12 Producers and sellers are not allowed to produce or sell goods that are counterfeit of registered trademarks and enterprise names of others. Thirteenth production, sales and service providers should consciously abide by professional ethics, reasonable and fair, no shortage of scales. Article 14 The formulation and adjustment of commodity prices and service charge standards shall strictly implement the relevant provisions on price management. Selling goods and providing services shall be clearly marked according to law, and unauthorized price increases, disguised price increases and arbitrary charges are prohibited. Fifteenth advertisers and advertising operators to publish, broadcast, set up advertisements and post outdoor advertisements must be approved according to law, the content is true, and they shall not deceive consumers in any form. Article 16 Producers and sellers shall be responsible for guaranteeing repair, replacement and return in accordance with the provisions of the state or the agreement of both parties. Article 17 The commodities produced and sold by producers and sellers shall conform to the standards of quality, hygiene, safety and measurement, and shall be accompanied by inspection certificates and specifications, indicating the name, address and production date of the factory, and the goods with limited use must indicate the expiration date. Article 18 Retail commodities shall not be forcibly matched for sale. Chapter IV Administration and Supervision Article 19 The administrative departments for industry and commerce of the people's governments at all levels are the competent departments for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
The relevant administrative departments of the people's governments at all levels shall perform their duties of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers according to law, strengthen the management and supervision of production, sales and service activities, and investigate and deal with acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of consumers according to law. Twentieth news organizations have the right to criticize and expose acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and exercise supervision by public opinion.
