The opponent's previously registered trademark "Dior" No. 257144 has been approved for use on goods classified as Category 18 "bags; boxes; travel bags", etc. The goods designated for the opposed trademark "CaidiDior" are Category 18 "wallets; handbags; briefcases; travel bags; briefcases; rucksacks". The goods designated for use of the trademarks of both parties are basically the same in terms of product functions and uses, and belong to the same or similar goods. The English "CaidiDior" of the opposed trademark obviously consists of two parts: "Caidi" and "Dior". The second part "Dior" is the same as the trademark cited by the opponent.
