If submitted in the form of data message, it should comply with the relevant requirements of the Trademark Office for online applications. The file format of the "Application for Trademark Registration" is formulated and published by the Trademark Office. Applicants for trademark registration are not allowed to modify the file format of the "Application for Trademark Registration" without authorization.
2. Copy of the applicant’s identity document. The name of the trademark registration applicant shall be consistent with the supporting documents submitted.
3. If entrusting a trademark agency to handle the matter, a power of attorney should be submitted. The power of attorney shall state the content and authority of the agency; the power of attorney for foreigners or foreign enterprises shall also state the nationality of the principal.
4. If there is a person in charge of handling the application on your own, a copy of the person in charge’s identity document should be submitted.
5. Trademark drawings
1. When registering a trademark, please submit a trademark drawing. If applying for trademark registration based on a color combination or colored pattern, the colored pattern should be submitted, and a black and white draft should be submitted; if the color is not specified, the black and white pattern should be submitted.
2. The trademark pattern should be clear and easy to paste. It should be printed on smooth and durable paper or replaced with a photo. The length and width should be no more than 10 cm and no less than 5 cm. The trademark pattern should be pasted in the designated location on the "Application for Trademark Registration".
3. If you apply for trademark registration with a three-dimensional mark, you should declare it in the application form, and explain the use of the trademark in the "Trademark Description" column of the "Trademark Registration Application Form". The applicant should submit a drawing that can determine the three-dimensional shape. The trademark drawing should contain at least three views.
4. If a color combination is applied for trademark registration, it should be stated in the application form, and a text description should be included in the "Trademark Description" column of the "Trademark Registration Application Form" to explain the use of the color code and trademark. Way.
