Trademark transfer time

Trademark transfer time takes about 6-8 months.

1. The Trademark Office will issue the "Certificate of Approval of Transfer of Registered Trademark" within 15 days after receiving the transfer application;

2. It can be received in about 6 months from the date of establishment of the application. To transfer the "Certificate of Approval of Transfer of Registered Trademark", this certificate must be used together with the original "Certificate of Trademark Registration";

3. The date marked on the "Certificate of Approval of Transfer of Registered Trademark" is the effective date of transfer registration.
