1. Jingdong merchants who settle in Jingdong Mall must provide real entities and relevant information. This information includes the actual operating entity of the store and the agency operating company. and other information.

2. Jingdong Mall currently does not accept registration applications from individual industrial and commercial households. Individuals who want to move in must register a business.

3. Jingdong Open Platform has the right to return the seller’s application based on other factors including but not limited to demand, company operating conditions, service levels, etc.

4. Jingdong’s open platform will update investment standards from time to time based on the development trends of various industries, relevant national regulations and consumer purchasing needs.

5. Once false qualifications or information are discovered, JD Open Platform will no longer cooperate with merchants and has the right to handle it in accordance with JD Open Platform rules and relevant agreements signed with merchants.

6. Merchants must be officially registered enterprises, and applications from non-registered enterprises in mainland China are temporarily not accepted.

7. If the merchant provides a trademark acceptance notice (TM status trademark), the registration application time must be six months.
