When choosing an agency, you need to be careful to avoid this situation. Generally speaking, Taobao or a newly established agency is not recommended, which is risky.

From now on, under any of the following circumstances, the client can directly come to our bureau to receive the Trademark Registration Certificate and other documents:

(a) the trademark agency organization entrusted by it has been cancelled for the record;

(2) Although the trademark agency organization entrusted by it has not been cancelled for the record, the client has provided evidence issued by the local industrial and commercial bureau that the trademark agency organization entrusted by it has been cancelled or revoked;

(3) Unable to contact the trademark agency entrusted by him, the client verifies that his book has been returned by the post office through trademark announcement, China Trademark Network or other means.

Two, the client shall submit the following materials in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph:

(1) Statement of receipt of documents;

(two) the identity certificate of the client (if the client is a natural person, the original and photocopy of the identity card; If the client is a legal person or other organization, a copy of the subject qualification certificate, a letter of introduction from the unit and a copy of the agent's ID card stamped with the official seal of the unit);

(3) If it entrusts others to collect it, it shall also submit the original power of attorney signed by the client, the original and photocopy of the payee's ID card.
