1. Shanghai Volkswagen
SAIC Volkswagen Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SAIC Volkswagen") is a Sino-German joint venture jointly operated by SAIC and Audi Co., Ltd. The company signed a contract in October 1984, and it is one of the automobile joint ventures with a long history in China. SAIC Volkswagen produces and sells products of Volkswagen and Skoda. Among them, Volkswagen brand models include Polo family, New Santana family, LaVida family, Lamando, New Passat brand, New Passat, Fidian Huiang, Tiguan Silk Road Edition, New Tiguan L, New Tiguan L, Tramonte Touran and Touran. Skoda brand models include fabia Jing Rui, Fast Cutting-edge and Fast Space.
2. Shanghai Automobile
SAIC Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SAIC", stock code 614) is the largest automobile listed company in the domestic A-share market. By the end of 213, the total share capital of SAIC had reached 11 billion shares.

At present, it has four production bases, including Pudong Jinqiao, Yantai Dongyue, Shenyang Beisheng and Wuhan Branch, four automobile plants and two powertrain plants. It is one of the important leading enterprises in China automobile industry.
Shanghai GM adheres to the business philosophy of "customer-centered, market-oriented" and constantly creates high-quality products and services. At present, it owns three brands, Buick, Chevrolet and Cadillac, covering all gradient markets from high-end luxury cars to economical cars, as well as high-performance luxury coupes, MPVs, SUVs, hybrids and electric cars.
4. Shanghai Zhonghui
Shanghai Zhonghui Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Zhonghui for short) is a subsidiary of Shanghai Automobile Group Co., Ltd., which integrates commercial vehicle manufacturing and automobile chassis system production. It was formally established on January 11th, 1992. Shanghai Zhonghui is the backbone supporting supplier of all kinds of automobile chassis systems of Shanghai Volkswagen and Shanghai GM, and won the "Excellent Supplier Gold Award" of Shanghai Volkswagen and the "Global Project Award" of Shanghai GM.
5. Shanghai Shenwo
Shanghai Shenwo is composed of Shanghai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (SAIC), Volvo (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (VIC) and Sweden Volvo Bus Company (VBC), with a total investment of 97 million US dollars and a registered capital of 54.22 million US dollars, 5% for both Chinese and foreign parties, and its registered place is No.18 Guangzhong Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, China.
6. Shanghai Huapu
Shanghai Huapu Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Huapu) is located in Fengjing Industrial Park, Jinshan District, Shanghai, adjacent to Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway, only 8 kilometers away from Shanghai Port and the Yangtze River estuary. With superior geographical location and convenient transportation, it is the third medium-sized automobile manufacturer in Shanghai with a national vehicle production catalogue after Shanghai GM and Shanghai Volkswagen.
