Legal analysis: 1. Fill in the application form one by one according to the requirements, and it must be typed or printed.

2. One application for renewal registration should be submitted for each trademark.

3. If you go directly to the trademark registration hall to apply, you should submit the ID card and copy of the person in charge; if you entrust a trademark agency to handle it, you should submit a trademark agency power of attorney.

4. If the trademark applied for renewal is owned by ***, the application should be made in the name of the representative.

Legal basis: Article 40 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. If a registered trademark expires and needs to be continued to be used, the trademark registrant shall comply with the regulations within twelve months before expiration. Go through the renewal procedures; if you fail to do so during this period, you can be given a six-month extension period. Each renewal of registration is valid for ten years, starting from the day after the expiration of the previous term of validity of the trademark.
