The "HYUNDAI MULTICAV" trademark does not exist in South Korea. The trademark registrant in China is HYUNDAI MULTICAV, a company registered in South Korea. It has officially denied the authorization of "HYUNDAIMULTICAV" display products in China. The brand authorization letter (see attachment) presented by Hyundai Digital Display Equipment Division is authorized by "Hyundai Longyi Digital Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.". This company is not the brand owner and has no right to authorize the brand. Therefore, it is a Chinese trademark. This authorization is invalid under the law. Hyundai IT Co., Ltd. has entrusted the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Chinese Embassy in South Korea, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade to coordinate Chinese functional departments to investigate and cancel its "HYUNDAIMULTICAV" trademark.
