What materials are needed for trademark registration?
A registered trademark means that the applicant applies to the State Trademark Office and issues a trademark certificate with the permission of the state, which proves that the trademark has been registered, and the trademark owner enjoys the right to use, exclusive use, license, prohibition, mortgage, investment, transfer and inheritance of the trademark. Trademark registration shall be handled by China Trademark Office. If it is inconvenient or you don't know the relevant matters, you can entrust a third-party organization such as Alibaba Cloud to help you register.

Information required for application:

Enterprise applications:

1, a copy of the applicant's business license;

2. A complete trademark registration application stamped with the official seal of the unit;

3. Clear trademark patterns, each trademark has 10 black and white patterns. If the trademark is in color, please provide 10 color patterns and a black and white ink draft for each trademark. The trademark pattern is not less than 5X5CM and not more than 10X 10CM.

Personal application:

1, a copy of the applicant's resident identity card;

2. The applicant shall provide documents with the qualification for trademark registration, such as the business license of individual industrial and commercial households;

3. A complete trademark registration application signed by an individual;

4. Clear trademark patterns, each trademark has 10 black and white patterns.

If an agency is entrusted, the original power of attorney signed by the applicant shall be submitted.

Trademark registration process:

Trademark inquiry (within 2 days) → preparation of application documents (within 3 days) → submission of application (within 2 days) → payment of trademark registration fee → examination of trademark form (1 month) → issuance of trademark acceptance notice → examination of trademark substance (12 months) → announcement of trademark (3 months) → issuance of trademark certificate.
