Company trademark change process

1. Provide proof of change to the trademark agency and a copy of the applicant’s identity document (business license/ID card, etc.).

2. Fill out the "Application Form for Trademark Change" and the "Application Form for Agency".

3. After stamping, the agency company will submit it to the Trademark Office.

4. Wait for the Trademark Office to issue the "Certificate of Change".

5. Complete the change.

Note: If the name or address of the trademark registrant is changed, the trademark registrant must handle all registered trademarks under his name together. As an intangible asset, a trademark can also be converted to realize its value through transfer, licensing to others, or pledge. After the enterprise trademark is approved for registration, if the name, address or other registration information of the trademark registrant changes, the trademark registrant shall apply to the Trademark Office for corresponding change procedures.
