Trademark online inquiry shows that Changan Weilai New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changan Weilai") registered two trademarks, Guangyu and Guangyu Simba, with registration dates of 2065438+September 29th, 2009 and 65438+20201October 29th, respectively. This means that Changan Weilai has made new moves in product promotion and landing nearly four years after its establishment.
In June 2020, Changan Weilai experienced industrial and commercial changes. Weilai Li Bin stepped down as chairman of the company, and the new chairman is Tan Benhong, executive vice president of Changan Automobile.
Changan Automobile originally held a 50% stake in Changan Weilai, but Changan Automobile increased its investment in Changan Weilai through cash capital increase. After the capital increase is completed, Changan Automobile holds 95.38% of the shares of Changan Weilai, and Weilai only holds 4.62%. In other words, in the joint venture relationship of Changan Weilai, Weilai withdrew sharply and Changan Automobile took over.
The registered trademarks of enterprises have a new development direction, and the two new trademarks registered by Changan Weilai must be used later.
