How to deal with the crumbs of plastic particles How to deal with the crumbs of plastic particles
1, dust removal equipment is the equipment to separate smoke from flue gas. Dust-containing gas enters the bag dust collector through the pipeline, and large particle dust falls into the bottom of the collection cone under its own gravity. The rest of the particle dust enters the filter bag from bottom to top with the airflow and is affected by the negative pressure of the main fan. The gas in the flue gas is discharged from the filter bag through the air holes of the filter bag, while the dust is retained in the filter bag, which plays the role of powder-gas separation and realizes gas purification.

2. The dust bag is the heart of the bag filter and the key component in the operation of the filter. Usually, cylindrical filter bags are suspended vertically in the filter.

3. Polyester needled felt has the unique advantages of good air permeability, high dust removal efficiency and long service life of common felt filter materials. Its high temperature resistance grade is moderate, which can reach 150 degrees in an instant, its alkali resistance is moderate, and its wear resistance is very good.

4. Plastic is a relatively stable substance. When directly crushed, it will not produce sticky substances due to the reaction with some molecules in the air. However, the broken plastic belongs to mechanical crushing. This kind of friction, cutting, impact and extrusion may generate heat, which will make tiny plastic particles melt or stick to the surfaces it touches, such as inner walls, rollers and reamers. If it is only broken into granules, the above phenomenon will not generally occur unless the plastic itself is unclean, and glue, dirt, trademark stickers, etc. are attached to the surface, which will form sticky things, but it has nothing to do with the plastic itself. After the plastic is broken, it will be polluted by dust and soil attached to its surface, and it may also produce odor due to contact with liquid or other substances. It is suggested that the field operators wear activated carbon dust mask or light anti-virus half mask, with cotton filter and protective glasses.
