I am running for class president. I am a freshman in junior high school. Come and help me! ~

Junior high school is the transition stage for students from elementary school to high school. The psychological and physical development of students at this stage are becoming mature. Emotions are enthusiastic but superficial, and self-control and perseverance are enhanced. However, there are signs of vulnerability from time to time, and individual students have strong regressive psychology. How to manage this group well and turn the scattered sand into a strong collective is an urgent problem for all our junior middle school teachers to solve, and it is also a topic worthy of in-depth study by all our teachers.

I have not conducted in-depth and detailed research on the topic of junior high school class management. Here I will only talk about my personal experience of class management in the past few years. Whether it is right or wrong, please let the experts correct me.

1. Misunderstandings in Class Management

Some of our teachers often say: "The students in our class are very honest and obedient." The speaker is often complacent. It is believed that a class with obedient students = a good class. This is a big misunderstanding in our class management.

We know that the middle school stage is a period of growing knowledge and body. Middle school students are "the sun at eight or nine o'clock in the morning." They have active minds and strong plasticity. They are the masters of the future world. If we use rigid management methods, students cannot think wildly, talk and act randomly. That will constrain students' thinking, and students' independence and flexibility will not be cultivated. The students are like old masters and the class is like a pool of stagnant water. This is not advisable.

Myth 2: A class that studies well = an excellent collective

Some people think one-sidedly that students only need to know how to study, and there is no need to worry about other things. The sole purpose of school class management is to create an excellent learning environment for students. No, students have all studied, not only class management cannot be relaxed. On the contrary, the more such a class is, the more management it needs to be strengthened.

Myth No. 3: A class under the responsibility of a class cadre will definitely become an excellent class. The so-called class management is just to catch a few class cadres. This view is wrong. Establishing a good team of class cadres is only an important part of class management. By no means the only way.

Misunderstanding No. 4: What is management or not is not just a few words from the teacher. This view is very wrong. Class management is a science. Managing a group well is an art. It requires you to sweat and study hard to make it perfect day by day.

We must get rid of misunderstandings in class management. Continuously improve our management art and management level. Only in that way can excellent class groups be formed and the quality of students improve.

2. Conditions and signs for building an excellent class body

Managing the class, organizing and cultivating the class collective is the central link in the work of the class teacher. Dozens of students in a class are not a collective. A sound class group should have the correct political direction, the same goal of struggle, a strong core, conscious discipline, correct public opinion, and an atmosphere of unity, diligence and studiousness. A sound collective is a huge educational force. Therefore, organizing and cultivating the class body is not only the purpose of the class teacher's work, but also a means of education. However, class collectives will not arise spontaneously and must be formed through the in-depth and meticulous work of the class teacher. Combine education and management.

3. Basic methods of class management

1. Establish and improve various rules and regulations. Every country has a Constitution, the education sector has an Education Law, workers have a Labor Law, and trademarks have a Trademark Law. With the establishment and improvement of various regulations. Our country has also shifted from "rule by man" to "rule by law." We can learn from this form of establishment in class management and establish the class's own rules and regulations. The basis for the establishment of our various rules and regulations is the "Middle School He Cong Rules" and "Middle School Students" Standards of daily behavior. Let every student know what he should do and what he should not do. For example: We have formulated "Students' One-day Routine at School", "Duty Student Work Rules", "Activity Class Rules", etc. As soon as new students enter the school, they must first study the "Code for Middle School Students" and "Code for Daily Behavior of Middle School Students". The class then discusses the details. Students in the first grade of junior high school have poor self-discipline. When formulating rules and regulations, they should be more detailed and have rules to follow in all aspects. As students grow older, some unnecessary details can be deleted so as not to limit students' abilities.

2. Cultivate a team of class leaders and establish a feedback network. The head teacher of a middle school student is different from that of an elementary school student. Middle school teachers only have one class per day.

I cannot be with my students most of the time, so what happens in the class cannot be dealt with in a timely manner. This often delays the best opportunity to educate students. Furthermore, junior high school students have strong imitation abilities. I can't remember which philosopher said: "The power of role models is infinite." Therefore, cultivating a team of excellent class cadres is also an important condition for driving all students to progress and establishing an excellent class collective.

There are two main ways to establish a feedback network: First, assign a student to report what happened in the class every day. When you first start experimenting, you are often interrupted by this or that. This method is not ideal. The second is to establish a teacher-student contact book. Collect it once a week, write down the teacher's opinions, and note down the key points. Or collect it once a day to deal with problems in a timely manner. This kind of contact book can also be in two forms. One is a notebook for class cadres to record in turn. In this way, they restrain each other and can report the real situation to the teacher. The second is that each class cadre makes a separate notebook to clarify the scope of personal responsibilities and remember them with their own emphasis. Facts have proven that this is one of the most effective ways to manage a class.

3. Combining education and management, and combining punishment and praise.

There are many methods of moral education in middle schools, including example method, persuasion method, edification, influence, practical exercise and so on. If these are combined with class management, specific management measures plus the educational role of teachers, the effect will be even better.

Our middle school class teachers cannot be simple and crude in class management. We cannot be like the country, where the country's laws and regulations are enforced by compulsory agencies. It cannot be backed by strong management methods like factories and enterprises. What a teacher has is the power of personality. Rely on the power of personality to punish disciplinary violations and praise performance in a timely manner. Correct mistakes immediately.

4. Use "three meetings and one lesson", namely class meetings, group meetings, parent meetings, and political classes (all subjects now pay attention to the penetration of moral education) to educate students. For example, in the first grade of junior high school, we focus on collectivism education; in the second grade of junior high school, we focus on patriotism education and diligent study education; in the third grade of junior high school, we focus on ideal education and legal education. Improve students' ideological awareness. More prevention, less punishment; more praise, less criticism to nip problems in the bud. As teachers, we cannot be like the old lady waiting for a fine on the street. She follows you far away, waiting for you to throw the shredded paper in your hand on the ground, and then rush over to fine you. The purpose of our strengthening management is to educate students to make fewer mistakes and not to make mistakes. It is not to punish students.

4. Get rid of misunderstandings and improve management levels

The students we face today are the masters of the eleventh century, which requires us educators to cultivate students with strict scientific management Sentiment, develop students' intelligence, and improve students' abilities. We should completely abandon the "Sanwei Bookstore" style management. The "five points plus sheep" type of characters will not be able to adapt to the needs of the new era and will be eliminated. We should create our own path, explore and summarize in practice. Improve our management art and management level to catch up with the trend of the times. Cultivate more and better talents.

Teacher, please come on! o(∩_∩)o...
