2. Reasonable selection of hydraulic oil

Hydraulic oil should be selected according to the trademark recommended by the manufacturer and the working environment and temperature of the machine. For some machines with special requirements, special hydraulic oil should be selected. In northern winter, it is best to choose low pour point hydraulic oil. When the maintenance of hydraulic components and systems is inconvenient, anti-wear hydraulic oil should be selected.

3. Adjust the system pressure according to the standard.

The components used for pressure adjustment are mainly overflow valve and safety valve: in the quantitative pump system, the oil supply pressure of hydraulic pump is adjusted by overflow valve; In the variable displacement pump system, the safety valve is used to restrain the maximum pressure of the system and prevent the system from overloading. In order to reduce energy loss, the pressure value of the control valve must be carefully adjusted according to the standard.

4. Prevent pipeline blockage and oil leakage.

Check and maintain the oil inlet filter element and oil inlet pipe in time to prevent oil activity from being blocked due to pipeline blockage. Tighten all connections of oil pipes in time, check the oil seals of the drive shafts of the pilot pump and the main hydraulic pump in time, and replace the damaged oil seals in time.

5. Repair worn hydraulic components in time.

Check the hydraulic pump and motor on time and repair the seriously worn hydraulic components in time.
