However, he chose to drop out of school in his junior year and embarked on the road of opening an online store. His main business is specializing in sales. Counterfeit luxury goods, the store has been operating for a long time, and was in normal operation before the incident, with high sales.

But in fact, at the beginning, Li opened a store to sell his own goods on an e-commerce platform. However, because the product quality was not up to standard and the price was not competitive, consumers were not willing to do so. Purchase items from her store.

In order to improve the store's performance, Li had no choice but to choose another path.

Later, Li thought of looking for better quality products through better sales channels. However, because the initial investment cost of the franchise store was too high, Li could not afford it, so he had to settle for the next best thing and came up with the plan to fake the real thing.

In 2016, Li went to Guangzhou, stayed there for a few days, and found two manufacturers specializing in imitation luxury goods, and then the two parties signed an agreement. The manufacturer first provides the supply of goods to Li, and then Li uses a micro-store under his own name to add a price ranging from 100 to 2,000 yuan to the cost price. Finally, he sells the goods, and the profit per order is really considerable.

After the store was put into operation, business was getting better and better day by day. In just 2018, the store’s sales exceeded 6 million, and Li’s net profit reached one million. If the police had not stopped him in time, I believe Li’s net profit is guaranteed to be higher this year.

Regarding this matter, Li said that on the one hand, his store does not only sell counterfeit luxury goods, but also other products, including miscellaneous brand clothing, etc., which account for about one-third of the goods in the store; in addition, , Li also argued that the customer knew that the goods he was selling were fake, and that these products only added a shipping price and did not mark the fake goods with the price of the real goods, so they did not think it was deception. She used the sales volume and number of customers in her store as evidence to show that her original intention was not to commit a crime, but just to make money.
