1. Conveying capacity: The conveying capacity of the screw feeder refers to the amount of materials transported per unit time. When transporting bulk materials, it is calculated according to the mass or volume of the materials transported per hour; When transporting finished products, it is calculated according to the number of pieces transported per hour. When matched with vibrating screen equipment such as linear vibrating screen, rotary vibrating screen and ultrasonic vibrating screen, the feeding amount of vibrating screen should be calculated and the conveying amount should be controlled. Most conveyors should consider whether they are matched with other production equipment before design and production, so as to design conveyor models reasonably.
2. Conveying speed: Increasing conveying speed can improve conveying capacity. When the conveyor belt is used as a traction component and the conveying length is long, the conveying speed is increasing day by day. But high-speed belt conveyor should pay attention to vibration, noise, starting and braking. For the conveyor with chain as traction component, the conveying speed should not be too high to avoid increasing the power load. At the same time, the conveying speed of the feeder with process control should be determined according to the production process requirements.
3. Component dimensions: The component dimensions of the conveyor include conveyor belt width, slat width, hopper volume, pipe diameter and container size. The size of these parts directly affects the conveying capacity of the screw feeder.
4. Conveying length and inclination: The length and inclination of the conveying line directly affect the total resistance and required power of the conveyor. At present, there are many types of conveyors, some of which feed directly in parallel, and some of which have a certain inclination, so these situations should be explained when choosing screw feeders.
