After the trademark comes down, what is the name of the circle and R mark added next to the trademark and how to type it out?
You can make it in word. Enter an R first, and then choose from Format-Chinese Layout-Encircled Characters?

First, you select the word you want to circle, open the "Format" in the top menu bar, select "Chinese Typesetting", and then select "Circle Word" to confirm.
