Bingdundun is a franchise commodity, and the act of others selling Bingdundun without the permission of its copyright owner (Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics) constitutes infringement. If the ice pier is surrounded by ordinary goods, it is reasonable and legal to sell it at any price when changing hands.
However, because it is a franchise product, it cannot be traded by reselling, even if it is sold to friends at the price of 1 yuan. After the opening of the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022, the popularity of the Olympic mascot Ice Shield soared. The licensed products of Beijing Winter Olympics will continue to be sold at least until the end of June this year. Active measures have been taken to promote production, and ice piers will be continuously supplied to the market.
