1. The customer submits the trademark transfer/transfer materials → 1-5 working days after taking a break to submit the paper to the Trademark Office

Materials required for trademark transaction:

(1) Application for Transfer/Transfer/Application for Registered Trademark, the transferor and transferee shall sign or seal the same transfer application document

(2) Power of Attorney (2). Copy of the trademark certificate (or provide the registration number of the trademark certificate)
