Where the applicant and the applied trademark meet the following four conditions, a trademark with the same or similar name as China may be preliminarily examined and approved:

First, the applicant's subject qualification shall be established with the approval of the State Council or its authorized organ. The name of the applicant shall be registered by the name registration authority according to law.

2. The applied trademark is consistent with the applicant's enterprise name or its abbreviation approved by the State Council or its authorized organ.

Third, there is a close correspondence between the trademark application and the applicant.

4. The scope of goods or services designated for use in applying for a trademark shall be consistent with the approved business scope.
