7. "Trademark Agency Power of Attorney": If you entrust a trademark agency to act as an agent, you must provide a power of attorney signed or sealed by the applicant. Applicants outside the mainland area who want to apply for trademark registration in China must entrust a trademark agency to represent them.

8. "Application for Trademark Registration": If an agency is entrusted to apply for registration, the agency will prepare it.

9. Special certification materials: If a portrait is used as a trademark, a letter of authorization from the portrait owner notarized by a notary authority is required.
