Xinjiang Oriental Hope Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. was established in Zhundong National Economic Development Zone, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang on December 30, 2010 District was established. The first phase of the project, with an annual output of 800,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum, started construction in early 2011 and was put into production that year.

The overall plan of the entire Oriental Hope Industrial Park is 2.4 million tons of electrolytic aluminum, 1.2 million tons of anode carbon for aluminum, an installed capacity of 4200MW generating units, 1.3 million tons of aluminum deep processing, 450,000 tons of industrial silicon, 100,000 tons Polycrystalline silicon and other projects.
