If the trademark address change fee is handled by itself, the renewal fee will be 1 000 yuan within two months after the expiration of the validity period, and 1 within six months after the expiration of the validity period, 250 yuan. The charge for change is 250 yuan. If you find an agency to handle it, the renewal fee and the change fee will total about 2000 yuan. Two. Trademark change Article 41 of the Trademark Law stipulates: "If a registered trademark needs to change the name, address or other registered items of the registrant, an application for change shall be filed." Trademark change refers to the change of the registrant, registered address or other matters of a registered trademark. Where an applicant changes its name, address or agent, or deletes a designated commodity, it may go through the formalities of change with the Trademark Office. If you want to change the words and graphics of a registered trademark, you must apply for trademark registration again, and it shall be treated as a newly applied trademark. Procedure for Renewal Where the owner of a registered trademark needs to renew the trademark ten years after the expiration of the exclusive right to use the trademark, he shall apply for renewal of the registered trademark. 1. application time: before the expiry of the registered trademark 12 months. When the trademark registrant receives the Announcement of Registration Trademark Renewal and the Certificate of Registration Trademark Renewal, the application for registration trademark renewal shall be terminated. If the application for renewal of a registered trademark is rejected, if the applicant refuses to accept it, he may apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for reexamination within 15 days after receiving the notice of rejection, and the application for renewal of a registered trademark will enter the examination stage of the application for rejection of trademark renewal.
