Medicinal confectionery, medical use Gums and medical candies are similar to the first and second natural paragraphs of Part 0501 (1); 2. The second natural paragraph is similar to the first and second natural paragraphs of Part (1) of 0501, 3005 commodities;"

But the entire 0502 category has only one paragraph, and there is no separation of the first and second natural paragraphs at all. According to my understanding, it seems that it should be divided into sections between "Medical Candy 050310, Medical Nutritional Food 050297". I think only this section can be connected with the following remarks, and this section also seems reasonable!

Please give a clear reply to eliminate everyone’s doubts, especially the teachers responsible for the review, otherwise it will inevitably lead to mistrial of the trademark!
