Article 3: If the enterprise name registration and approval application submitted by the applicant falls into any of the following circumstances, the comparison system will indicate that the enterprise names are similar.

(1) It is exactly the same as the name of the enterprise that has been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority.

(2) The administrative division, trade size, industry and organizational form of the enterprise name that has been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority are in different order but have the same text. Such as: Beijing Hongguang Wine Development Co., Ltd. and Hongguang (Beijing) Wine Development Co., Ltd.

(3) It has the same name, trade name, and industry text as that of an enterprise that has been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority but has different administrative divisions or organizational forms.

Article 4: If the enterprise name registration or approval application submitted by the applicant falls into any of the following circumstances, the comparison system will indicate that the enterprise names are similar.

(1) It has the same name and trade name as an enterprise in the same industry that has been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority, but has different industry descriptions but the same meaning.

(2) The names and sizes of enterprises in the same industry that have been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority have the same pronunciation, the same industry description, or different industry descriptions but the same content.

(3) Font size includes or is included in the names of enterprises in the same industry that have been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority, with the same industry description or different expressions but the same content

(4) Font size The name of an enterprise in the same industry that has been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority has the same pronunciation, the same industry description, or a different industry description but the same content. For example: Beijing Alibaba Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Jack Ma Alibaba Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Alibaba Financial Holdings Technology Co., Ltd.

(5) Trade names that do not contain industry descriptions or describe industries in terms of industry, development, etc. that do not use national economic industry classification terms, include or are included in the names of enterprises of the same category that have been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority , or the pronunciation of its font size is the same, or the pronunciation of the included and included parts is the same.

Article 5: When the applicant inquires about the company name applied for through the comparison system, if the company name to be applied for is the same as the company name that has been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority, the same company name shall be listed. It reminds that the application cannot be approved; if the name of the company to be applied for is similar to the name of a company that has been registered and approved by the same enterprise registration authority, a list of similar company names will be listed to remind that the application can be passed, but there is a possibility that it will not be approved. Approved, but you may face infringement disputes during use, or even the risk of being forcibly changed to an inappropriate business name.

Article 6: Local enterprise registration authorities may refine comparison rules based on local government requirements, reform needs and technical conditions, and continuously improve the level of intelligent comparison services.

Article 7: The comparison of the names of farmers' professional cooperatives, individual industrial and commercial households and unincorporated branches (business units) shall be carried out with reference to these rules.
