In addition, Ma'anshan Windsor Kindergarten deliberately clung to the plaintiff's goodwill and brand awareness during its enrollment and promotion process, and Windsor Company registered "Windsor" as its corporate name without authorization, which constituted unfair competition. Accordingly, Yudawei Company filed a trademark infringement and unfair competition lawsuit with the court.
