Article 69

When a company's registered items are changed and the relevant change registration is not carried out in accordance with the provisions of these regulations, the company registration authority shall order the company to register within a time limit; if the company fails to register within the time limit, a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan will be imposed.

Among them, if the change of business scope involves projects that require approval according to laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council without approval, and the relevant business activities are conducted without authorization, and if the circumstances are serious, the business license will be revoked.

If a company fails to handle relevant filings in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, the company registration authority shall order it to be filed within a time limit; if it fails to handle the filing within the time limit, a fine of not more than 30,000 yuan will be imposed.

Article 27

When a company applies for change registration, it shall submit the following documents to the company registration authority:
