Second, the process

1. After the review, an acceptance notice will be issued and the application date will be set for the registrant. 3. substantive examination of trademarks: the time required for substantive examination is about 9 months, and if all goes well, it may be shorter. 4. Announcement of preliminary examination of trademark registration: Announcement of preliminary examination shall be issued within three months after the completion of substantive examination.
