1. After receiving the rejection notice, the trademark applicant should pay attention to the postmark on the envelope of the rejection notice sent by the Trademark Office. There is a time limit for rejection review and it will be invalid after expiration. There are currently two calculation methods:

1. Date of publication + 15 days of travel time + 15 days of review request time = 30 days.
2. The envelope must be postmarked +15 days.
2. Look at the type of rejection. If it is a total rejection, look at the reasons for the rejection and whether there is a chance of successful review, so as to decide whether to review it. If it is a partial rejection, look at the rejected goods or services. If it is not part of your main business, and other factors are taken into account, consider whether to review it. If it is reviewed, handle it as soon as possible, because there is still a lot of preparation work to be done in the follow-up and time is limited. The review time for trademark objections is as follows:
1. 3 months: Any interested party or prior rights holder may raise objections to a trademark that has passed the preliminary examination within 3 months of the trademark announcement period.
2. 12 months: The Trademark Office shall make a decision on the trademark objection within 12 months after the end of the announcement period. If there are special circumstances, it may be extended for 6 months.
3. 15 days: If the trademark objection is successful, the trademark applicant can submit an objection review to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board within 15 days.
4. 12 months: The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board shall make a decision on the trademark objection review within 12 months, and may be extended for 6 months under special circumstances.
5. 30 days: If the objection review fails, the trademark applicant can file a lawsuit with the People's Court within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice
