Yu Ling explained his work as follows: "The shape of the ramen shows the magical kung fu and skills of Lanzhou beef noodles, and the design is green to symbolize the health and hope of food;

The red sun above represents the prosperity of Lanzhou beef noodle industry;

The cow head presented in the whole image shows the essence of Lanzhou beef noodle.
