The bride (uma thurman) was once a member of the deadly viper assassination group (D.I.V.A.S.), trying to get out of a bloody life through marriage. But the arrival of her former colleagues (played by Hannah, Liu Yuling, Vivica A. Fox, michael madsen and others) and everyone's boss Bill (played by david carradine) ruined all this. "Bill," the bride pleaded, "I'm pregnant and it's your child." But the answer was "bang" a gunshot! Four years later, when she woke up in a hospital, she immediately embarked on a revenge trip from Texas to Okinawa, Tokyo and Mexico. She wanted to kill for a goal. "When I arrive at my destination, I will kill Bill."

At the end of Kill Bill Volume I, the director revealed to the audience that the daughter of the "bride" (Uma Thurman) was not dead. The story in Volume II is divided into two lines. One is the current positive narrative, which tells the revenge process of the "bride", and the other is the flashback, which tells the story that the "bride" practices with the China martial arts master "Bai Mei" (Liu Jiahui). After eliminating O-Ren Ishii and Vernita Green, there are only three people left on the "bride" death list: Bud (Michael Madsen), Elle Driver (Darry Hannah) and the ultimate enemy: Bill (David Carradine).
