Legal basis: Article 40 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China and Domestic Product Quality" If the product sold has any of the following circumstances, the seller shall be responsible for repairing, replacing, and returning the product; If the consumer causes losses, the seller shall compensate for the losses:

(1) The product does not have the performance that it should have without explaining it in advance;
