Why don’t some clothes have trademarks now?

Relevant laws stipulate that clothing sold on the market must have trademarks, washes, hang tags, etc. Without these things, it is a three-no product and cannot be sold on the market.

Things without tags are generally from original orders, copy orders, high imitations, or the reputation of the website. It does not mean whether they are genuine or not. Some clothes with cut labels are defective and affect export. However, for the sake of trademark protection, So I cut off all the logos that can identify the brand.

1. Those with hang tags are not necessarily genuine or original;

2. Imitation clothes will also have hang tags;

3. Hang tags, as the name suggests, just mean hanging. That brand on the clothes.

Generally speaking, there are three labels on clothes: hang tags, brand labels, and wash labels. Of course, regular clothes have three labels, but having three labels does not mean that they are regular clothes. Some clothes are original without tags, but it requires your identification ability, and there are more imitations
